Coco, Cadence, Eric, & I went to an open house for local design group BuildSense, Inc. Although not quite done, it was great to see a Durham firm's original take on prefabricated housing. Attractive & conscious. I really dug the screened-in porch. Even on a modern shack, you gotta keep those southern features. Check out their site. Impressed.
